These terms govern your use of the Practical Decisions Lab website and its courses, interactive tools, downloads, events, training and bespoke services. Practical Decisions Lab is a trading name of Gableend Solutions Limited.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login details secure and activity under your account. Access is for the authorised user or agreed group and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
Purchases, prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices for business training, events and organisational services exclude VAT unless expressly stated. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may change future pricing without affecting completed purchases.
Digital courses and interactive tools
A purchase gives you a personal or agreed internal-use licence to access the relevant service. Visual Language Studio helps users build creative briefs and prompts; it does not generate images. Any third-party AI or image-generation costs, accounts, outputs and terms remain separate.
Training, events and bespoke work
Dates, scope, participant limits, deliverables, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be stated on the relevant page, booking confirmation or proposal. Bespoke work may also be governed by written terms agreed for that engagement.
Group access
Churches and organisations purchasing group access are responsible for allocating it only within the agreed number and audience. Group access does not permit resale, public redistribution or unauthorised sharing of materials.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, courses, tools, prompts, downloads, graphics, branding and training materials remain the property of Gableend Solutions Limited or the relevant rights holder. You may use them for the personal or internal purpose supplied, but may not copy, resell, publish or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.
Free resources and email subscriptions
Free resources are provided for the stated personal or internal use and may be changed or withdrawn. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds and cancellation rights depend on the product or service and applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly about technical problems, duplicate purchases or cancellation questions.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep services accurate and available, but technology and third-party platforms change. We may update content, features and delivery arrangements, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
AI outputs and human judgement
Our material is educational and supports better decision-making; it is not a substitute for professional advice or human review. You remain responsible for checking AI-generated information and outputs before use.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, upload malicious material, infringe rights or use the services unlawfully. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, decisions based on AI outputs or failures of third-party services. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
